We believe the church is made up of people who belong
to one amazing family; it is composed of those who have trusted in
Jesus Christ and have eternal life. True believers are brothers and
sisters who have been born again and worship their Father in heaven.
Our aim is to care for one another within this family and to extend
it through our witness and activities.
We have a basis of faith that is firmly rooted in the Bible as God's
supernatural revelation to humanity.
We believe that God is our Creator, but that humanity has rebelled
against him with disastrous consequences: we are now alienated from
him and will face judgment after we die. However, God has an amazing
rescue plan for us: through Jesus Christ there is the offer of forgiveness
and eternal life.
We believe that the Bible reveals to us all we need for experiencing
rich fulfilled lives that please God.
We are affiliated to the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches
(FIEC) and our basis of faith mirrors that of the FIEC.
Although anyone is welcome to our meetings, we also have a formal
church membership and are pleased to welcome into the fellowship those
who have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, who subscribe
to the doctrinal basis of the church and who are prepared to enter
accept the responsibilities of church membership. Further information
